BLOW RESORT, located within the prestigious AMARA Hotel in Limassol, is looking for a talented and passionate Stylist to join our team.

We are looking for a professional who combines strong technical skills with a refined approach to client service, an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for hair.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, blow-dries, and colouring services tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised salon experience, building lasting relationships with clients.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and salon presentation.
• Advise clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable professional products.
• Stay up to date with current hairstyles, colouring techniques, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the reception team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and efficient salon operations.
• Support the promotion of salon services and retail products where appropriate.
• Handle client enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain the standards and reputation of BLOW RESORT.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stylist in a professional hair salon.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, blow-drying, and colouring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance and a client-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for ongoing learning and professional development.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Position Details

• Location: BLOW RESORT, AMARA Hotel, Limassol, Cyprus
• Employment type: Full-time
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, across a five-day working week, according to the salon schedule
• Work environment: Luxury hotel and salon setting
