We are a holistic therapeutic community supporting young adults through recovery, personal growth, and positive lifestyle change. We are looking for a Support Staff member to join our team and help create a safe, supportive, structured, and positive environment for our clients. 🌱

✨ The Role Includes:
•⁠  ⁠Supporting clients with their daily routines and responsibilities
•⁠  ⁠Maintaining a safe, positive, and respectful community environment
•⁠  ⁠Encouraging participation in activities, schedules, and daily tasks
•⁠  ⁠Providing practical and emotional support within appropriate professional boundaries
•⁠  ⁠Monitoring and reporting any concerns or changes in clients’ behaviour to the appropriate team members
•⁠  ⁠Supporting the smooth running of the house and community
•⁠  ⁠Working closely with therapists, case managers, and other staff members
•⁠  ⁠Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards

📋 Requirements:
✅ Valid driving licence
✅ Clear criminal record
✅ Eligible to work in Cyprus
✅ Very good command of English, spoken and written
✅ Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
✅ Previous experience in healthcare, social care, rehabilitation, mental health, hospitality, or a similar support role is an advantage, but full training will be provided
