We are seeking to recruit a highly ambitious and motivated individual to assist in the set up and development of the internal tax department of the firm.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and maintain control procedures for the tax advisory department.
Preparation of transfer pricing studies, Intellectual Property rulings, advising on exchange of information matters, tax planning strategies, tax rulings, tax reorganizations and restructurings,
Review corporate tax calculations for more complex companies, oversee the tax residency and non-domicile issuance certificates, review provisional taxes, DDD allocation, IR7 preparation and review the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
Meeting and liaising with clients and the Tax authorities for any tax matters.
Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicates the effects of these developments to management and share/develop strategies to capitalize on such tax developments.
Coordinate with executive management on business development strategies.
Monitor/Develop the overall financial and qualitative performance of the department and its staff.
Requirements:
ACA / ACCA /member
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Tax Services/Advisory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages.
High ethical standards
Strong organizational, management and leadership skills.
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
