VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos as a Technician and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.

·         Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

·         Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.

·         Performs installing, maintaining, repairing and routine maintenance on hotel equipment, systems,               and facilities.

·         Assists in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of           equipment and minimize downtime.

Job Requirements:

·         Relevant technical school diploma or equivalent certificate.

·         Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

·         Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·         Good Knowledge of Greek and English Language.

·         EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
