Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and ticket issuance, including air tickets, ferry tickets and hotel bookings
• Provide accurate information and advice on travel services and products
• Assist customers with enquiries, changes, requests and travel-related issues
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, suppliers and other travel partners
• Support the organisation of travel arrangements and packages
• Monitor fares, pricing policies, special offers and promotions
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar position or within the travel industry will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or similar will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple requests
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and email applications
