The Center for Social Innovation is advancing through its new corporate and social initiatives at a global scale and is inviting applications for employment by energetic, agile, and well-organised professionals to cover the new Corporate Travel & Operations Coordinator position in the organization!
The Center for Social Innovation (CSI) Ltd. (W: http://csicy.com/) is an organization that focuses on identifying and solving social problems in the markets and communities, in which it operates. As part of its ongoing development, CSI is expanding its corporate, operational, cultural and community activities, including the development and operation of the Water Tower Cultural Information Centre in Nicosia. We operate in a very attractive work environment and a great overall package will be offered to the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be provided with appropriate training. It is a requirement that the selected Corporate Travel & Operations Coordinator is able to pick up the established work processes and responsibilities, as well as be able to deliver independently within the first six months of their hiring. This position is for full-time engagement.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Cultural Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related discipline
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and Greek
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and solve day-to-day operational issues
• Good knowledge of MS Office and everyday digital tools
• Ability to communicate professionally with partners, suppliers, visitors and internal stakeholders
• Interest in culture, tourism, cultural heritage, business and community development
• Excellent character and professional attitude
Desirable Qualifications
• Previous experience in administration, operations, travel coordination, tourism, hospitality or a similar role
• Experience in organising business travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Experience in event coordination or supporting cultural, tourism or community activities
• Previous experience working with external partners, suppliers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Nicosia's cultural, tourism and heritage landscape
Key Responsibilities
• Corporate Travel Coordination: Plan and organise company business trips, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and related travel logistics
• Operations Support: Assist with the daily administration and operation of the Water Tower Cultural Information Centre
• Event Coordination: Support the planning, coordination and delivery of cultural, heritage, tourism and community events
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for partners, suppliers, visitors and internal stakeholders
• Administrative Support: Handle general administrative and operational tasks supporting the organisation's ongoing projects and activities
• Centre Development: Contribute to the promotion, improvement and development of the Water Tower Cultural Information Centre and its activities
Position Specifics
• Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
• Engagement: Full-time
• Working arrangement: Hybrid, where applicable
• Start date: Immediate
• Salary: €1,300–€1,500 per month
• Probation: All our employment contracts comply with Cyprus labour law

Good to Know
• The role involves coordination with external partners, suppliers, visitors and stakeholders.
• Occasional work outside standard office hours may be required in connection with events and activities at the Water Tower Cultural Information Centre.
• The position may involve occasional travel in connection with corporate activities and events.

Preferred Status
