We are seeking a committed IT Support Technician who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine willingness to work and grow within the company. This is a long‑term position.

We are looking for individuals who want to build a stable career with us; short‑term placements are not considered

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets
• Answer and handle support line calls (08:00–17:00)
• Provide Tier 1–2 troubleshooting and escalate when necessary
• Document actions and maintain accurate records
• Participate in weekly rotating support shifts (additional monthly compensation)

 

Working Conditions & Compensation

• Working hours: 08:00–17:00 (including lunch break)
• Paid overtime
• Net salary range: €1200–€1700, depending on skills and experience
• Annual performance‑based salary increase
• Annual performance‑based bonus
• Trainings and certifications provided by company

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Consistent, reliable, and responsible approach to work
• Previous IT support experience is an advantage
• Fluency in Greek & English
