KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 Responsible for the performance and sales development of specific brands and products

 • Develop, create and execute effective, practical and efficient Marketing Plans and Supporting activities, mainly Below the line (BTL - On Trade) and above the line (ATL) 

• Setting and achieving key Targets per customer (Qualitative and Quantative/ SALES) 

• Business & Trade Environment knowledge and awareness (Key Accounts, Key business categories, overall market information and trends) 

• Research, Reporting and analytical capabilities IN DETAIL – JOB DESCRIPTION – DUTIES 

• Communication with Customers for New product Listings, code changes and replacements, 

• Creating/ Suggesting Marketing and Sales Promo Plans 

• Communication with suppliers, media, ad agencies, graphic designers and any other people related to the business 

• Regular Market visits and Customer’s relations 

• Review of Stock levels. Resolve and tackle any stock issues on time 

• Prepare samples of promotional packs/ co packs/ labels for ingredients and languages etc 

• Trade data collection, and retail audit performance knowledge and analysis 

• Sales Training & Presentations, Promo Activities Evaluation, Setting of Monthly & Annual Sales Targets and follow up on the results / provide feedback 

• Communication/ Liaison/ presentations with suppliers on all issues/ Sales, Marketing, Legal issues, Labelling etc 

CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS 

• Very good analytical and communication skills (Reporting, Research, evaluation etc.) 

• Excellent / advanced knowledge of Windows, i.e. Excel ADVANCE, Power Point & ERP system 

• Hands on and Personal knowledge of the FMCG trade & Retailers environment with good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills 

• Initiative, Results Driven and hardworking individual 

• Higher Educational Background in Marketing, Sales or Related Business Field 

• At least 2-3 Years’ Experience in a similar position 

• Fluent in both English and Greek language
