Θέση: Γραμματέας Τεχνικού Τμήματος

Ο Όμιλος Εταιρειών Orphanos Group, με πολυετή παρουσία στους τομείς Medical, Dental και Industrial, αναζητά Γραμματέα για πλήρη απασχόληση στα κεντρικά γραφεία στη Λεμεσό, με στόχο την υποστήριξη του Τεχνικού Τμήματος και την παρακολούθηση διαδικασιών προσφορών προς κλινικές και νοσοκομεία.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

• Σύνταξη, ετοιμασία και αποστολή προσφορών
• Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και συνεργάτες (Κύπρου & εξωτερικού) μέσω email και τηλεφώνου
• Οργάνωση γραφείου, συντονισμός ραντεβού και παρακολούθηση φακέλων
• Τήρηση διαδικασιών και προτύπων της εταιρείας
• Υποστήριξη σε ad-hoc διοικητικές και τεχνικές εργασίες

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Ικανότητες

• Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά
• Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ και MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, συνέπειας και προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια
• Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, εχεμύθεια και αίσθημα ευθύνης
• Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και ικανότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας

 Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

• 2–3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
• Εμπειρία σε διαδικασίες προσφορών ή σε τεχνικό περιβάλλον θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
