Happy Valley Veterinary Clinic & Pet Hotel is offering the position of a veterinary secretary for a full time job and permanent in Limassol.  

We provide different services for pets.

Location:

Konstantinou Kavafi 9, Erimi, Limassol

Languages:

·         Fluency in English is necessary - the interview is in English

·         Fluency in Greek

Working schedule: 

·         Full time job

·         6 days a week

·         Morning and afternoon shifts  

·         Permanent job

Responsibilities:

We provide step-by-step training for all services to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. The duration of the training depends on how quickly each individual learns. Supervision will be provided at all times until independent working is achieved.

·         Small animal handling skills

·         Assist vets if needed

·         Respond to calls, emails, and customers in person

·         Veterinary clinic book appointments, prepare documents

·         Grooming – book appointments

·         Pet Hotel – show the pet hotel, explain what we provide, check for availability, book reservations, check in and check out pets 

·         Pet shop – explain the products

·         Cash register

·         Cleaning of reception

• Multitasking skills
• Willingness to read, learn new information, and open to feedback.
