Responsible for the overall look of the store, from windows to the in-store layouts, creating visual and commercial impact in order to maximise sales.

•    Conduct regular assessments of merchandising displays to ensure they meet company standards. 
•    Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions.
•    Dress mannequins, install window props and make full use of lighting in store.
•    Monitor window percentages and sales and adapt windows accordingly.
•    Maintain high communication levels with head office – Visual Merchandiser Manager and Buyer.
•    Send regular photos of the store layout and windows.

•    Guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices and standards.

Additional duties and responsibilities
•    Performing maintenance duties as required.
•    Assuming and completing other duties as assigned by management.
•    Adhering to the rules and guidelines as expressed in the company hand book.

Requirements
•    Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser will be advantageous.
•    Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
•    Sales-driven and result-oriented person.
•    Possess the passion for customer service.
•    Pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Commercially aware with sales focus to help maximize conversion and cross selling.

•    Familiarity with fashion trends and techniques.
•    Knowledge of luxury retail and the fashion industry.
•    Proactive and highly motivated team player.
•    Must be deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills.
•    Punctuality and adhering to designated work schedule.
•    Flexibility and working effectively with colleagues and management to accomplish goals.
•    Maintaining a clean, neat and presentable appearance at all times and adhering to the dress code.
