CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading company operating in the Imports & Distribution sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize warehouse and logistics operations. You will have full responsibility for product flow, supplier coordination, order fulfilment, and continuous operational improvement. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, who possess 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations. You will need to have proven leadership and team management experience, with strong knowledge working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, and working hours are from 07:30 – 16:30 from Monday to Friday.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order preparation.
- Ensure efficient and accurate execution of customer orders (B2B distribution).
- Manage inbound logistics from suppliers and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels, space utilization, and handling processes.
- Supervise the full product flow from supplier orders to final delivery to customers.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods across all channels.
- Lead and support the development of two new warehouse distribution centers.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Oversee the implementation of routing and delivery optimization software.
- Ensure smooth transition, user adoption, and process integration.
- Analyze current workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and standardize operational procedures (SOPs).
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and transportation management.
- Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
