About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operations and lead the team to consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment & Dispatch: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time. Coordinate shipments with courier partners and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Returns Management: Oversee product returns and condition assessments per company procedures.
• Goods Receiving & Stock Control: Manage goods receiving, labelling, and placement. Conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Internal Stock Transfers: Coordinate stock movements between stores, ensuring all transfers are documented and recorded.
• Warehouse Organisation & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse. Monitor supplies and equipment; report maintenance needs and hazards promptly.
• Fleet Oversight: Ensure company vehicles are used responsibly, kept clean, and serviced on schedule.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support warehouse staff daily. Set priorities, monitor performance, and work alongside the team during peak periods.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse management, stock control, or a similar operational role.
• Strong background in picking, packing, dispatching, and stock movement.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse documentation.
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a natural leader.
• Reliable, hands-on, and accountable.

Employment Terms & Benefits

• 13th Salary: Paid every December.
• Annual Leave: 20 working days, including the company-wide 2-week August shutdown.
