Our client is a well established organisation operating within the hospitality sector in Limassol and on be half of them we are seeking a Wellness Manager.

The successful candidate will lead and oversee the day to day activities of the Wellness Department, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, consistently high service standards, strong team performance, and the achievement of departmental business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Wellness team across Spa, Fitness, Beauty, Reception, and Retail operations
• Manage daily departmental activities and ensure consistently high standards of luxury service
• Train, motivate, develop, and manage the performance of the Wellness team
• Drive sales and revenue across memberships, treatments, packages, and retail
• Manage guest relationships, feedback, complaints, and service recovery matters
• Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and employee training programmes
• Monitor staffing levels, work schedules, inventory, purchasing, and departmental costs
• Support sales and marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events, and new business development
• Monitor and assess departmental objectives, budgets, and overall performance to ensure business targets are achieved
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational standards
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and further business growth
• Collaborate closely with management and other departments to ensure an excellent overall guest experience

Requirements 

• Previous managerial experience within a Spa, Wellness, Fitness, Beauty, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in managing teams, handling guest relations, and supporting sales.
• Strong knowledge of wellness and spa operations, together with an understanding of luxury service standards.
• Experience in budgeting, stock control, and operational management.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent command of English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Relevant qualifications in Wellness, Spa, Beauty, or Hospitality will be considered an advantage.
• The role requires prolonged periods of standing and active movement throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events, according to operational requirements.
