HR ManagerEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full timeINDUSTRY: Contractors &amp; Developers&nbsp;Cronje &amp; Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of our client, a highly respected and dynamic company in the construction sector, is seeking to recruit an experienced and hands on HR Manager to join their high-calibre professional team in Nicosia.&nbsp;The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives</li><li>Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with Cyprus labor laws and health &amp; safety regulations</li><li>Managing the full recruitment cycle, including creating and revising job descriptions and adverts, reviewing CVs, and scheduling and performing interviews</li><li>Preparing new employee files and supporting the onboarding and orientation process</li><li>Maintaining and updating personnel records, HR files, and databases to ensure accurate and organized employee information</li><li>Developing, implementing, and monitoring performance appraisal systems to enhance employee growth and efficiency</li><li>Identifying training and development needs and preparing structured training plans for personnel</li><li>Acting as the main point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive working environment with high ethical standards</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Previous experience in the building/construction industry will be considered an advantage&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and HR best practices</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with employees across all levels and educational backgrounds</li><li>Hands-on approach with a proactive, practical mindset</li><li>Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mentality</li><li>Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
