Fameline Properties is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Manage appointment and meeting room bookings</li><li>Arrange travel and taxi transportation for visitors, clients, and staff as needed</li><li>Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries</li><li>Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages via courier services</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area</li><li>Update mailing database with new events, newsletters, or communications as needed</li><li>Update and maintain records in the company’s CRM system</li><li>Assist with general clerical tasks including data entry, scanning, and filing</li><li>Provide administrative support to internal companies as required</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; administrative certification is an advantage</li><li>Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with Mailchimp and CRM systems is desirable</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Professionalism through positive, service-oriented behaviour</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly submit your CV via the following link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://fhg.global/careers/">https://fhg.global/careers/</a>&nbsp;Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
