This role plays a key part in supporting, advising, and guiding compliance activities at the Group level, while promoting consistency, oversight, and coordination across all compliance functions. The position is designed to align and standardize compliance practices, foster collaboration among local compliance teams, and introduce innovative approaches and structure to elevate compliance operations on a global scale.&nbsp;&nbsp;🚀 How You Can Make a Difference:<ul><li>Monitor regulatory developments across all local jurisdictions and ensure timely implementation of applicable legal and regulatory changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide oversight, guidance, and support to local compliance managers across the Group, operating under a matrix reporting structure.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Group AML and Compliance Manager to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective execution of compliance initiatives across all entities.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure standardization and alignment of compliance practices by harmonizing policies, procedures, and controls across the Group.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the establishment of new licensed entities, including contributing to license applications and advising on jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Review, draft, and update internal compliance and AML policies to ensure alignment with current regulatory obligations and industry best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular assessments of compliance and AML frameworks to identify weaknesses and propose actionable, risk-based improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Review existing procedures and systems, recommending and implementing enhancements—both technical and procedural—to strengthen the Group’s compliance posture.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee compliance-related projects, monitor their progress, and address any arising risks through appropriate mitigation strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key updates, risk areas, and recommended actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that all compliance documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible for audits and regulatory inspections.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;🎯Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from a university in Law/Finance/Economics/Business or related field;&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years’ experience within the CFDs/Forex industry working in a similar role;&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant professional certification is preferable(CySEC Advanced).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to details.&nbsp;</li></ul>🎯Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral.</li><li>Analytical ability, and a problem solver with the ability to think out of the box.</li><li>Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.&nbsp;</li></ul>🎯Personal Specifications:<ul><li>Highly organized, rigorous, methodical, and focused.</li><li>Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-border teams.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.</li><li>Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in managing regulatory change.</li></ul>🤝Core Values:Here at Rostro Group we have 7 Values that shape how we work with each other.
