<p>Main Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of international client accounts, acting as their primary contact for all service-related queries.</li><li>Oversee client hiring processes , ensuring all documentation requirements and timelines are clearly communicated and met.</li><li>Liaise with payroll, HR, and in-country partners to provide ongoing support to clients and their employees, answering questions about payroll, benefits, immigration, and compliance services.</li><li>Proactively identify and address service delivery gaps, process improvements, and opportunities for additional support.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, track client interactions, and prepare regular status reports.</li><li>Support contract renewals and ensure overall client satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>
