M.S Security Group is seeking a CCTV Accounts Administrator to join our growing Limassol-based team.Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Invoice Review: Review all invoices for accuracy in amounts and services charged. Update the invoice table, file invoices, and forward to Head of Department (HOD) for approval. Liaise with suppliers in case of discrepancies or missing data.</li><li>Monthly Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of invoices with supplier statements to ensure payments and credits are accurately reflected.</li><li>Supplier Account Review: Regularly review account statements to ensure outstanding invoices are documented and settled, including credit notes and VAT credits.</li><li>Flight Tracking: Maintain and update the department’s flight table, ensuring all related invoices are processed.</li><li>Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all bookings and expenses comply with the company’s travel policy and budget.</li><li>Expense Refund Processing: Review employees’ refund claims for accuracy and completeness.
