Job Title: Salesforce Administrator &amp; Reporting Specialist Location: Limassol, Hybrid Department: Data Analytics Reports to: Data Analytics Team Lead&nbsp;About the RoleWe are seeking a Salesforce Administrator and Reporting Specialist to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment. You’ll ensure data integrity, support users, and create impactful reports and dashboards that drive business insights and decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain Salesforce users, permissions, profiles, and security settings.</li><li>Build and optimize reports and dashboards for different business teams.</li><li>Support end-users with Salesforce best practices, troubleshooting, and enhancements.</li><li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and proper integration with other tools.</li><li>Collaborate with the Data Analytics and Sales teams to improve workflows.</li><li>Document system changes, configurations, and data models.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Data Management.</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, and automation tools (e.g., Flow Builder).</li><li>Salesforce Administrator Certification (or working toward it) preferred.</li><li>Good understanding of data visualization and reporting principles.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and communication skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with Salesforce API or integration tools (Zapier, Workato, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with BI tools (QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau).</li><li>Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (CY Time)</li><li>Hybrid schedule, 2 days per week working from home, and the potential for up to 3 days per week based on performance</li><li>Holidays: Double salary on Cyprus public holidays / Paid days off on American public holidays.</li><li>Salary: Competitive, based on experience</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Performance bonuses</li><li>Private medical insurance, fully covered by the company after the probation period</li><li>Full training provided</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement</li><li>Friendly working environment&nbsp;</li></ul>How to Apply:Send your CV to careers@dinatgroup.com and take the first step towards an exciting career with us!
