<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Providing accurate, relevant and timely advice to the management and other members of staff on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and their services.</li><li>Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors</li><li>Structuring/drafting/reviewing negotiating agreements and other legal documents&nbsp;</li><li>Update existing templates and contracting processes</li><li>Providing legal support and overview for closings and other transactions</li><li>Incorporating companies, completion and filing of company forms &nbsp;through on-line filing system of the Registrar of Companies&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to liaise with government related authorities</li><li>Reviewing and drafting of directors and shareholders' minutes and resolutions, as well as agreements, powers of attorney and all other corporate documents</li><li>Handling client due diligence and KYC procedures with banks</li><li>Support in the development and implementation of the firm's compliance regime</li><li>Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation &nbsp;to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business and specific industry</li><li>Handling legal matters for clients referred by the company</li><li>Any other duties related to the position as might be assigned by the management. &nbsp;</li></ul>
