Imperio, one of Cyprus’ most reputable property developers over nearly 20 years of market presence, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.&nbsp;In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive property sales locally and internationally. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, confident in negotiations, and passionate about achieving targets and growing a strong professional network.&nbsp;Main Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals while simultaneously expanding associates’ network.</li><li>Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospective activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities in CRM and Outlook.</li><li>Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings and cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.</li><li>Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.</li><li>Explores all market channels to generate new business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company’s projects and services.</li><li>Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.</li><li>Communicate effectively with business owners, decision-makers, potential buyers, and associates in a professional manner. </li><li>Handling the negotiations surrounding the sale and purchase of real estate, creating, developing and exploiting commercial opportunities to increase the company’s revenue through existing and potential new clients with whom he/she will target.</li><li>Travel abroad when required to attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to expand industry knowledge and professional network. </li><li>Gathers market and customer information.</li><li>Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.</li><li>Represents the company at trade exhibitions, events and presentations.</li><li>Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented appropriately.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. </li><li>Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.</li><li>Reporting to the Sales &amp; Business Development Director.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (real estate is a plus).</li><li>Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Uncapped commission with high earning potential.</li><li>Competitive base-salary with 13th salary.</li><li>Performance bonuses.</li><li>Company car, phone and laptop</li><li>In-house marketing support.</li><li>Career growth within a dynamic and expanding organization.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are ambitious, sales-driven, and ready to grow with a leading real estate developer, we would love to hear from you.
