Your Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with professional standards.</li><li>Participate actively in all stages of the audit process, including risk assessment, fieldwork, documentation and finalization.</li><li>Plan, coordinate and oversee audit engagements, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timelines.</li><li>Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors, providing guidance, coaching and on-the-job training.</li><li>Review team members’ work for accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal methodologies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform effective risk and internal control assessments and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Prepare audit reports, schedules and other deliverables for clients and management.</li><li>Present audit findings and provide practical recommendations to improve compliance, controls and operational efficiency.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with managers and clients regarding engagement progress, key issues and deliverables.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with client personnel and internal teams across the organization.</li><li>Identify and communicate relevant industry trends, business developments and key performance drivers affecting clients.</li><li>Manage and resolve ad-hoc issues arising during audit engagements in a proactive and professional manner.</li><li>Coordinate and support periodical and statutory audits while ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.</li><li>5 years of relevant experience in Audit and Assurance services.</li><li>ACCA or ACA qualification (completed or in progress).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of CaseWare International.</li><li>Very good understanding and practical application of IFRS.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested please send your CV to <a href="mailto:info@multi-business.com">info@multi-business.com</a>
