We are looking for a self-motivated professional to join our team as Risk Manager and support the ongoing development and operation of the Company’s risk management function within a regulated financial services environment.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<img>&nbsp; &nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and maintain the company’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify, assess, and monitor key financial, operational, and compliance risks.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor client exposures &amp; margin adequacy.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review risk limit, capital adequacy and liquidity breaches and escalate where needed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicate with prime brokers / liquidity providers on collateral &amp; margin.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor and adhere to the risk appetite framework approved by the board.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct regular risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate exposures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify all material risks such as Market risk, Counterparty risk , Liquidity risk, Operational risk etc.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies and controls.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II, ESMA, CySEC, Basel guidelines).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and IT to strengthen internal controls.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead risk awareness training and promote a risk-conscious culture across the organization.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as the main point of contact for risk-related audits and regulatory inspections.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor daily client, market, liquidity, and counterparty exposures and ensure that risk levels remain within approved limits.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review margin utilisation, concentration risk, and large exposures, and escalate material findings where necessary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain and periodically review the Company’s Risk Register and ensure appropriate documentation of identified risks and mitigating controls.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in the preparation and submission of risk-related regulatory reports where required.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review new products, business initiatives, and material operational changes from a risk management perspective and provide recommendations prior to implementation. &nbsp;Qualifications and Requirements:<img>&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field . Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional certifications related to Risk Management (e. FRM, PRM, CRO) are considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum [3+] years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within financial services and preferably in derivatives / leveraged instruments / CFDs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Deep understanding of CFD products, underlying markets, leverage, volatility, margin behavior, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, operational risk.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, ESMA, EBA, CySEC).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of CFD and Forex trading platforms, risk monitoring systems, and exposure management tools will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience working within a CySEC-regulated Investment Firm (CIF) will be considered a strong advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understanding of ICAAP, ILAAP, Internal Capital Adequacy processes, or prudential risk management frameworks will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ADD under Benefits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Exposure to a regulated financial services environment and participation in risk management initiatives across the organization.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good character and integrity.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.&nbsp;Benefits• Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.• Friendly and supportive team environment, where maintaining a positive workplace and healthy work-life balance is a priority.• Ongoing training, guidance, and opportunities for professional development.• Opportunity to join a growing organization that values its people and promotes a collaborative team culture.
