The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth hotel operations during morning &amp; night hours.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the night.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Perform the closing of the day (end-of-day/night audit) to balance and finalize all financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management.</li><li>Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular safety checks of the premises.</li><li>Ensure that all front desk operations and systems are updated before the next shift.</li><li>Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.</li><li>Adhere to hotel policies, health &amp; safety standards, and emergency procedures.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>5 night shifts</li><li>2 days off rotated per week (5-day work schedule)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in front office or customer service roles (hospitality preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of night audit and end-of-day closing procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented and accurate with financial reporting.</li><li>Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera ).</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Greek.
