Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing, and preparing a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, including but not limited to commercial agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), resolutions, Powers of Attorney (POA), Memorandum &amp; Articles of Association (M&amp;AA), statutory registers, trust documents, and related agreements;</li><li>Incorporation and administration of Cyprus companies;</li><li>Reviewing and providing comments on various legal documents;</li><li>Providing legal advice and consultation on corporate and commercial law matters;</li><li>Liaising with public authorities and external associates;</li><li>Drafting legal opinions and legal memoranda on corporate, commercial, and contract law;</li><li>Handling ad hoc legal matters as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;</li><li>Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer or in an in-house corporate legal role;</li><li>Excellent command of both English and Greek;</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law (Cap. 113);</li><li>Proven experience with all procedures of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies;</li><li>Ability to take initiative, responsibility, and accountability;</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills;</li><li>Career-driven, dynamic, and team-oriented personality.</li></ul>
