Main Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesContract Law, Property Law, Corporate Law·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Negotiations/drafting/review of various agreements including contracts of sale, lease agreements, construction agreements, sale of shares agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, employment agreements, services agreements, due diligence reports, etc.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communication with governmental departments (tax department, land registry, municipal departments, etc.), execution of transactions and supervision of procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communication with financial institutions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting various corporate documents, POAs, affidavits, legal opinions, etc.Immigration &amp; Migration Law·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparation and submission of applications including temporary residence, permanent residence, naturalization, etc.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communication with governmental departments and monitoring the applications.Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>University Degree in Law.</li><li>LL.M (Master of Laws) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>&nbsp;Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.</li><li>Three years of experience in a law firm in Contracts/Property/Corporate/Immigration/Migration matters.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek (both oral and written).</li><li>Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Understanding of confidentiality rules and non-disclosure policies.</li><li>Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.</li><li>Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious and a team player.</li></ul>BenefitsAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.
