Job Purpose:The R&amp;D Operator supports formulation and process development activities through the execution of laboratory- and pilot-scale manufacturing and packaging operations, as well as equipment- and compliance-related activities.The role is responsible for equipment setup, material handling, batch execution, process documentation, cleaning activities, and the support of scale-up operations, in compliance with cGMP requirements, SOPs, safety standards, and data integrity principles.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute formulation and process development batches, collect process data and report observations in accordance with approved protocols and batch records.</li><li>Execute physical parameter testing for all materials.</li><li>Prepare placebo batch records in accordance with instructions.</li><li>Perform activities and operate laboratory- and pilot-scale equipment related to dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, coating and packaging.</li><li>Set up, clean, assemble, and disassemble equipment.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory and pilot plant areas.</li><li>Conduct routine equipment checks and ensure calibration and maintenance status prior to use.</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting and support engineering team during qualification or repair activities.</li><li>Complete GMP documentation, logbooks and batch records accurately and contemporaneously.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and data integrity principles at all times.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or qualification at equivalent level</li><li>Technical School Certificate in a mechanical field is preferred</li><li>Some exposure to similar work (&lt;1 year).
