CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of tailor-made Corporate, Legal, Banking, Tax, and Financial Advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will perform a variety of administrative tasks designed to facilitate the smooth running of the office, including answering, and directing incoming phone calls, scheduling meetings, assisting Management with various secretarial duties, booking transportation and accommodation, and more! Any Higher Education or training relating to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess approximately 1+ year of experience in a relevant administrative role. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English a must, along with outstanding organisational and time management skills. An attractive salary is on offer based on skills and experience.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.</li><li>Schedule meetings and appointments.</li><li>Manage and maintain the office supplies inventory.</li><li>Maintaining the personal calendar of the Director.</li><li>Maintain the office and arrange for repairs and maintenance as required.</li><li>Prepare presentations and reports.</li><li>Organize company events.</li><li>Provide general support to visitors.</li><li>Supervise and monitor staff.</li><li>Book transportation and accommodation.</li><li>Perform receptionist duties.</li><li>Manage outgoing/incoming mail and couriers.</li><li>Manage the social media account of the Company.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or similar is desirable.</li><li>Minimum of 1+ year of experience in Office Management or Administrative roles is a must.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li><li>Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English (English language must be at professional level).</li><li>Photoshop or Canvas&nbsp;knowledge is highly desirable.</li><li>Proactive and able to work independently.</li><li>Friendly and approachable, with a positive attitude.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG9158.
