We specialise in upscale short-term villa rentals and are proud to hold a guest rating of 9.8 across platforms. Our villas are designed to deliver a premium experience — and smooth, well-coordinated operations are what make that possible. As we scale, we are building a structured on-the-ground team led by our Operations Manager, with dedicated supervisors owning each core area of the operation.&nbsp;Role OverviewYou own the day-to-day running of housekeeping across our villa portfolio. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you lead the cleaning team, build and manage cleaning schedules, and make sure every villa is turned around inside the window and meets our 5-star standard. You inspect after every clean, step in on the tools when needed, and are accountable for the cleanliness and presentation of every property before each guest arrives.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning Operations &amp; Scheduling•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan and manage daily cleaning schedules so every check-in and turnover window is met.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assign tasks and set priorities for the cleaning team, adjusting in real time for late check-outs, back-to-back bookings, and last-minute changes.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Step in and clean alongside the team during peak turnovers or when short-staffed.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with the Guest Relations and Maintenance teams so every villa is fully guest-ready on time.Quality &amp; Inspections•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Inspect every villa after each clean to confirm it meets the Coastalbliss 5-star standard before check-in.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Check beds, finishing and décor details, amenities, bathrooms, and overall presentation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and flag maintenance, damage, or wear issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain and apply cleaning checklists and standards consistently across the portfolio.Team Leadership•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead, train, and motivate the cleaning team, and onboard new cleaners.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor performance and hold the team accountable for standards, hygiene, and timekeeping.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the Operations Manager with staffing needs, scheduling, and continuous improvement.Supplies &amp; Reporting•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor and reorder linens, towels, amenities, and cleaning supplies, keeping stock levels consistent.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Track laundry flow and turnaround across properties.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Report daily to the Operations Manager on cleaning status, completed turnovers, and any open issues.&nbsp;Your Profile•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally with team-lead or supervisory experience in hotels, resorts, or holiday rentals.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A sharp eye for cleanliness and detail — you know exactly what “truly clean” looks like.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organised and calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple villas and tight turnover windows.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A natural team leader who can motivate people and hold them to a standard.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valid driving licence and confident driving a manual small van.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good English; Greek and/or German are a plus.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valid EU work permit for Cyprus (EU permit holders only).•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible and willing to work a 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays on rotation.&nbsp;What We Offer•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; €2,000 gross/month.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A 50% daily-rate bonus for every Sunday and public holiday worked.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A performance bonus of up to €400 per year (paid in two instalments), linked to guest rating and villa-readiness targets.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 24 days of annual leave.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Company vehicle provided for work tasks during working hours.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Permanent position in a stable, professionally managed German company.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Real ownership of your area and room to grow as the company expands.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A supportive, international team environment where your input matters.
