Responsibilities:This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies with accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Communicate with clients to collect, verify, and update payroll information.</li><li>Maintain accurate payroll and employee records</li><li>Process salary adjustments, back pay, and termination payments.</li><li>Prepare and submit statutory payroll returns (IR7, IR63)</li><li>Handle registrations with Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani</li><li>Ensure correct calculation of payroll taxes and statutory contributions</li><li>Monitor compliance with payroll laws and reporting deadlines</li><li>Assist with month-end payroll consolidation and reporting</li><li>Support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and AP/AR</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service</li><li>Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>4-5 years of experience in payroll or a related accounting role</li><li>Sound knowledge of payroll regulations, including VAT basics, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities</li><li>Experience with payroll and accounting software (e.g. E-soft, Odoo)</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure</li><li>Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a team</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English</li><li>IT literate, adaptable, and comfortable with digital systems</li><li>High level of integrity with a proactive, positive attitude.</li></ul>&nbsp;Our firm offers:<ul><li>An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and experience</li><li>The firm fully covers expenses towards ACCA/ACA qualification</li><li>Bonus based on performance</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Three days of paid sick leave per year</li><li>Corporate parking paid by the company</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li><li>Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company</li><li>Participation in our various corporate events and activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
