Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd in Limassol is hiring for an Accounts Officer :&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Review, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Match invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation while ensuring all required approvals are obtained.</li><li> Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice-related queries and discrepancies.</li><li> Assist with supplier account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.</li><li>Support the Finance Department with administrative, reporting, and ad hoc finance-related tasks.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or finance administration is considered an advantage.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Basic understanding of VAT requirements and financial documentation.</li><li> Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Indefinite working permit for Cyprus.</li><li>Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and grow within an international organization.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Accounting Knowledge:&nbsp;Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.</li><li>Attention to Detail:&nbsp;High level of accuracy and thoroughness in financial record-keeping.</li><li>Time Management:&nbsp;Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Problem-Solving:&nbsp;Proactive approach to identifying discrepancies and issues efficiently.</li><li>Communication:&nbsp;Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Teamwork:&nbsp;Ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.</li><li>Systems Orientation:&nbsp;Comfortable working with ERP systems and learning new processes and technologies.</li></ul>&nbsp;Soft SkillsWriting correspondence Logical thinking Problem-solving
