Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conducting thorough legal research in preparation for hearings, trials, and other court proceedings</li><li>Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, witness statements, and court documents</li><li>Advising clients on the merits of their cases, litigation strategy, and prospects of success</li><li>Supporting senior lawyers in the preparation and conduct of court appearances</li><li>Liaising professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other third parties</li><li>Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding the progress and developments of their matters</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>A law degree (LLB or equivalent); a relevant postgraduate qualification (LLM) would be an advantage</li><li>Qualified Advocate and member of the Cyprus Bar Association</li><li>Up to 3 years' post-qualification experience in litigation</li><li>Experience in legal drafting, legal research, and court advocacy</li><li>Sound knowledge of Cyprus civil procedure and litigation practices</li><li>Strong analytical thinking with close attention to detail</li><li>A high level of responsibility, discretion, and respect for confidentiality</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines</li><li>Computer literate, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Remuneration &amp; BenefitsA competitive and attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience, including:<ul><li>Annual Gross Salary in the range of €17,000 – €23,000</li><li>Discretionary Annual Bonus Scheme</li><li>Employer-funded practising licence renewal and continuing professional development</li><li>Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (including a 1.5–hour lunch break)</li><li>21 days of annual leave</li><li>Paid parking</li><li>Opportunities for professional development, career progression, and continuous learning</li><li>A supportive, professional, and collaborative working environment</li></ul>&nbsp;
