Company / Client OverviewOn behalf of our client, a well-know and historical football club based in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Lawyer to join its professional team. The club operates within a dynamic and highly regulated environment, requiring strong legal oversight, compliance management, and strategic legal support across its sporting and commercial activities.This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is looking to work within the sports industry while providing legal guidance on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, sponsorship agreements, service agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other legal documentation• Provide legal advice and support to management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters• Monitor changes in Cyprus legislation and ensure the club remains fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations• Identify potential legal and commercial risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate liabilities• Support and participate in contract negotiations while protecting the club's legal and commercial interests• Manage communication and represent the club before public authorities, registries, external law firms, and business partners• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal obligations• Maintain accurate legal records, corporate documentation, and contractual files• Review legal processes and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and risk management practices&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;• Law Degree and membership with the Cyprus Bar Association• 6-10 years of relevant experience within a law firm, corporate services provider, or an in-house legal department in Cyprus• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and private agreements• Strong knowledge and practical application of Cyprus laws, regulations, and legal frameworks• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English• Ability to draft complex legal documents and conduct negotiations in both languages• Experience monitoring legislative developments and ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations• Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks while providing practical legal advice to management• Experience liaising with public authorities, government departments, registries, law firms, and external business partners• Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to identify potential liabilities and contractual risks• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously• Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality&nbsp;What the Company Offers&nbsp;• Gross monthly salary of €2200 - €2,600• 13th Salary• Transportation Allowance• Monday to Friday working schedule• Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00• Stable and professional working environment• Opportunity to work within a well-established football organization• Long-term career development and growth opportunities&nbsp;Last but not least, at DART Recruitment 🎯 we are by your side every step of the way, offering support, guidance and complete confidentiality throughout your career journey.
