Job DescriptionETHOS VIN SOIRE&nbsp;Job Description:&nbsp;As a Head Waiter or Head Waitress, you play a leading role in delivering a refined, elegant, and memorable guest experience. You are responsible for guiding the service team, supporting smooth daily operations, and ensuring every guest receives attentive and professional service.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring they are seated and served with care</li><li>Leading and supporting the waiter and waitress team during service</li><li>Presenting menus and explaining food, wine, and cocktail options clearly and confidently</li><li>Taking orders accurately when needed and ensuring they are entered correctly into the system</li><li>Overseeing the timing and quality of food and drink service</li><li>Checking on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests professionally</li><li>Coordinating closely with the bar, kitchen, hostess, and management team to ensure smooth service</li><li>Ensuring tables, service areas, and the dining room are clean, organized, and beautifully presented</li><li>Training, guiding, and motivating junior team members</li><li>Handling guest feedback or complaints calmly, politely, and efficiently</li><li>Maintaining the glamorous, calm, and welcoming atmosphere of the wine bar</li><li>Supporting management with daily service standards and operational needs</li></ul>Requirements and qualities:<ul><li>Friendly, well-presented, and highly professional appearance</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of hospitality service standards</li><li>Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused during busy service</li><li>Confident in dealing with guests and supporting the team</li><li>Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and premium guest experiences</li><li>Previous experience as a senior waiter, head waiter, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred, especially in premium venues.</li></ul> Please send your CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@ethosvin.com">hr@ethosvin.com</a>&nbsp;or call 26933000 until 30/07/26
