Asset Workout Officer&nbsp;The companyAltamira Real Estate - doValue (Cyprus) Ltd&nbsp;&nbsp;ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the asset due diligence process for the collaterals included in the various recovery solutions and will report to the Asset Workout Manager.&nbsp;Main responsibilities include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Carry out asset workout reviews, involved and evaluations of the collateral properties in the various proposed recovery solutions. (Debt – to -Asset, Cash Settlements).</li><li>Review of feasibility studies and due diligence reports carried out by external service providers.&nbsp;</li><li>Communication and coordination with Government Departments for obtaining relevant information and documents (e.g., District Lands Office, Town Planning Department, etc).</li><li>Collaboration and coordination with the other Departments of the Division and the Restructuring Officers for the provision of information for and from the property assessment reports.</li><li>Communication with external valuers and coordination of the valuation procedures.</li><li>Work on ad-hoc projects relating to the assessment and the onboarding of properties to the REO portfolio</li><li>Maintenance of asset registers and preparation of weekly reports and analysis</li><li>Perform other job-related responsibilities and duties as directed by the Department Manager and the Functional Manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate ,&nbsp; Civil or other Engineering, or other related field</li><li>Experience in Real Estate/Property Valuation/Transaction Management will be considered advantageous</li><li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Effective time management skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written</li></ul>Location Altamira’s Offices in Nicosia (Latsia) Benefits An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
