Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Preparation and review of contracts, resolutions, power of attorneys, legal opinions and any other legal document related to department.</li><li>Handling, monitoring and dealing with all aspects of corporate transactions.</li><li>Ability to advise and issue opinions on corporate and commercial law as well as related fields of law and matters.</li><li>Up to date with all the changes in the laws and regulations in several jurisdictions.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with AML regulations.</li><li>Coordinating and performing regulatory filings, procedures, and legal opinions.</li><li>Evaluating and monitoring the compliance of our customers with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions.</li><li>AML/Risk Assessment by using our software.</li><li>Providing advice and guidance to the employees of the firm regarding the AML regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>University Degree in Law.</li><li>LL.M (Master of Laws) will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.</li><li>Three years of experience in a Law Firm in Corporate/Compliance matters.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek (both oral and written).</li><li>Understanding of confidentiality rules and non-disclosure policies.</li><li>Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.</li><li>Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious and a team player.</li></ul>&nbsp;
