Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage communication with property owners, tenants and building committees.</li><li>Organize and coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGMs).</li><li>Prepare notices, voting procedures and meeting documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounting, maintenance and administration departments.</li><li>Update and maintain the company’s internal CRM and digital systems.</li><li>Use digital tools and company software to manage daily operations efficiently.</li><li>Support the continuous improvement of internal processes through technology and automation.</li><li>Ensure all assigned properties are managed accurately, professionally and on time.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English (mandatory).</li><li>Excellent computer skills and confidence in using digital platforms and new technologies (mandatory).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Ability to learn new systems quickly.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Professional attitude and attention to detail.</li></ul>Additional Assets (not mandatory)<ul><li>Previous experience in property management.</li><li>Experience using CRM systems or business software.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft 365.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools and modern digital technologies.</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting or expense tracking.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A modern and technology-driven working environment.</li><li>Continuous training and professional development.</li><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunity to work with innovative digital systems and automated processes.</li><li>Long-term career growth within a fast-growing company.</li></ul>Location: Larnaca&nbsp;Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 Friday: 08:00 – 13:30&nbsp;&nbsp;
