About Us:BLOW is one of Cyprus’ leading premium hair salons, with locations in Nicosia and Limassol. Our Nicosia salon is a busy, professional and well-established salon with a strong client base and a high standard of customer service.&nbsp;We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to join our BLOW Nicosia team on a full-time or part-time basis.This role would be suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a busy environment, and can help support the reception and salon team during peak times, weekends, staff holidays and busy periods.&nbsp;The Role:The Receptionist will be responsible for supporting the front desk and helping the salon run smoothly throughout the day. The role involves welcoming clients, answering calls, managing bookings, assisting with daily schedules and helping maintain the professional atmosphere of the salon.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:<ul><li>Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Answering phone calls, messages and client enquiries</li><li>Booking, changing and confirming appointments</li><li>Assisting with the daily salon schedule</li><li>Helping coordinate appointments between clients and stylists</li><li>Offering beverages and making sure clients are comfortable</li><li>Supporting the team during busy periods</li><li>Keeping the reception area clean, organised and presentable</li><li>Helping ensure the salon remains tidy throughout the day</li><li>Assisting with client payments where required</li><li>Supporting with basic admin duties</li><li>Helping with client reminders, confirmations and follow-ups</li><li>Maintaining a positive and professional customer experience</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:We are looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Friendly, polite and customer-focused</li><li>Organised and reliable</li><li>Calm under pressure</li><li>Comfortable speaking on the phone</li><li>Able to multitask in a busy salon environment</li><li>Professional and well-presented</li><li>A team player</li><li>Willing to help where needed</li><li>Interested in the hair, beauty and customer service industry</li></ul>Previous experience in reception, customer service, retail, hospitality or beauty will be considered an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.Knowledge of Greek and English is required.
