Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the development and execution of the company's financial and operational strategies·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise, mentor, and review the work of the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and financial statements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the accounting and financial reporting of property acquisitions, developments, rental income, and other real estate transactions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, VAT requirements, and statutory reporting obligations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor cash flow, approve payments, and oversee the timely collection of receivables·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Present financial results and insights to senior management to support decision-making·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform other finance and accounting-related duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ACA/ACCA qualified with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior accounting role·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in the real estate, property development, or construction industry will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of IFRS, Cyprus tax legislation, VAT, and statutory reporting requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. E-soft) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong leadership skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills in Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive, proactive attitude.&nbsp;What will be offered?<ul><li>Annual gross salary range: €50,000 – €60,000</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Paid parking</li><li>Full sponsorship of professional membership fees (ICPAC and ACCA/ACA)</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development opportunities</li><li>A dynamic, collaborative, and professional working environment</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li></ul>&nbsp;Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated professional looking to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic and growing real estate company, we would love to hear from you.
