We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide excellent customer support and represent our company with professionalism and efficiency as a Customer Service Representative.
 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery times, and any other relevant queries
• Address customer concerns and issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within company guidelines
• Maintain customer records and interaction history in our system

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with courier or logistics operations is a plus
• Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
