Louis Hotels is seeking to recruit a qualified professional for the position of Pricing and Contracting Assistant for our Head Office at Engomi, Nicosia. 
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing and Contracting Assistant to support data-driven pricing decision-making across all hotels, working closely with the Revenue team.

In this role, you will collect, analyse, and interpret sales figures from various systems and prepare statistical reports.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Collect and analyse sales figures from a variety of systems (PMS, RMS tools, Excel reports, etc.).
• Maintain monthly reports (excel dashboards) of clients’ performance per hotel.
• Analyse ADR (Average Daily Rates) per period, meal board, room type etc.
• Participate in yearly pricing per market per hotel.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Previous experience in data analysis of revenue management is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Greek and English Languages. 
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel. PMS will be considered as a plus. 
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
