Courier Services Coordinator (Larnaca)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily courier routes, sorting, and scanning operations.
Support transport operations to centers.
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and comply with government regulations.
Manage and update the company’s Courier Services software.
Handle administrative and reporting tasks for Management.
Collaborate closely with Center Supervisors and the Operations Manager.
Handle all delivered and undelivered packages of the day, ensuring they are accurately recorded and keyed into the system.
Customer Service Support
Requirements
Previous experience in sorting and scanning will be an advantage, but not essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Possess a valid driving license and be able to operate manual van vehicles.
