About Match-Prime

Match-Prime Liquidity supplies institutional liquidity to brokers, prop firms and funds.

This role is the front line of that business. You find the clients, open the conversation, and stay with the account after it goes live. You'll spend real time in front of people - in Limassol, Dubai, and at the key conferences in our industry.

At the same time, you're interested in how the business actually works. You want to understand the client's flow, execution and pricing rather than simply close a contract and move on to the next prospect.

What you'll do

• Open new institutional relationships through outbound approach, events, referrals and partner introductions.
• Own first contact and qualification, and run deals through the full cycle: first meeting, pricing conversation, test account, agreement, technical onboarding and first flow.
• Meet clients face to face in Cyprus, Dubai and on the conference circuit, with your own meeting schedule built around every event.
• Look after your accounts once they're live - keep volumes growing and resolve pricing and execution questions together with dealing.
• Watch your clients' volumes and raise anything unusual early: a drop, a change in behaviour, or flow that stops looking like it did at onboarding.
• Coordinate technical onboarding with dealing and IT — FIX sessions, bridge configuration, symbol mapping and test flow. You don't do the technical work, but you own the timeline.
• Work with our brand managers on pitch decks, pricing sheets and competitor comparisons, and bring client objections back into how we position the product.
• Keep the CRM honest - every meeting, every stage change, and a forecast you'd defend.

What you need

• 2+ years of experience in institutional sales or on a dealing desk, ideally within the FX/CFD industry.
• Very good English, spoken and written. Clarity matters - you'll be explaining execution and pricing to professional counterparties.
• Fluency with dealing and liquidity terminology, and a real understanding of how this business makes money.
• A good understanding of the sales and marketing activity it takes to push a product like this.
• Initiative. A large part of this job is starting conversations with people you have never met and following up on the ones that go quiet.
• Confidence working directly with clients and taking ownership of relationships from first contact through onboarding and beyond.
• Willingness to travel and represent Match-Prime at industry events.

Helpful, not essential

• Existing connections in the brokerage, prop-trading or institutional FX/CFD industry.
• Previous experience working with institutional liquidity.
• Hands-on understanding of FIX connectivity, bridges and brokerage infrastructure.
