CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected company operating in the Construction & Real Estate sectors, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a variety of construction related projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. You should hold an academic background in Civil Engineering, and possess approximately 5+ years of previous experience as a Civil Engineer. Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential, as well as fluency in both Greek & English. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience. Working hours are from 07:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Overseeing site operations and activities.
• Organizing and managing construction site logistics.
• Coordination, management and organisation of construction sites, company workshops and
• Developing project bids and proposals.
• Managing procurement of necessary materials.
• Generating documentation for transactions.
• Addressing technical issues and challenges.
• Monitoring project finances and timelines.
• Any other relevant duties as required by the Company.

Key Skills/Experience:  

• Holder of a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
• Member of ETEK.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Holder of a driver's licence.
