We are driven by our passion and expertise to provide the solutions our customers need for a sustainable future.&nbsp;Job PurposeThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the successful delivery and control of the flow of stock, monitoring the coming and going of goods and handling stock records within a warehouse environment, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies and procedures.&nbsp;The target of the Logistics Coordinator is to ensure all required materials are delivered to the target location in the shortest time possible, under the applicable budgetary and other restrictions. This role will involve coordinating shipments, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers and customers and ensuring all logistics operations run smoothly to meet deadlines and customer expectations.&nbsp;Main Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinates with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews package contents to ensure compliance with the applicable packing list and other documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates with customers’ logistics teams (as applicable) and other stakeholders (e.g. vessel agents at specific ports) to ensure shipment documentation complies with any applicable laws and regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates and communicates with transportation agents to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates and communicates with our warehouses all over the world by giving clear instructions to prepare the shipment as per project requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Keeps records of all shipments prepared by our warehouse with their serial numbers and photos.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides quotations to customers for applicable freight charges according to their requirements and obtains customer approval for shipments.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures all shipments are dispatched following the pre-approved costs and communicates with the customer if any deviation appears.&nbsp;</li><li>Responds to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Makes special shipping arrangements as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Tracks shipments and when necessary, intervene to ensure timely and efficient delivery.&nbsp;</li><li>Recommends and implements processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists to evaluate suppliers on regular basis and assists in establishing a reliable network of shippers.&nbsp;</li><li>Closely cooperates with the Customer Service team and Sales team to establish stock requirements and ensure availability of required spares or equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares bills and invoices for shipment freight costs.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all shipments have been invoiced in collaboration with the Accounts Department.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains good knowledge of the company’s electronic systems and databases.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a good knowledge of the company’s products and services.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains excellent communication and cooperation with other departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle after office hours when required.&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the English Language.&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication skills (written and oral).&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Computer literacy.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and work extra hours to meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>The ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer service orientation.&nbsp;</li><li>Honesty and reliability.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.&nbsp;</li><li>A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with inventory control procedures and with inventory software and the ability to retrieve and upload data from/into the company system&nbsp;</li><li>At least three (3) years of experience in a similar position.&nbsp;</li><li>A Degree in a Logistics related subject or adequate experience in a similar position.&nbsp;&nbsp;BenefitsAnd here are just some of the benefits you receive when you join Tototheo Global.</li><li>Best workplaces in Greece and Cyprus organization</li><li>Work in an international, dynamic, and fun environment, at a growing company</li><li>Attractive remuneration package</li><li>Continuing education and training</li><li>Equal opportunities employer</li><li>Flexible hybrid work situation with home office option If you are looking for a role that is both challenging and fun, get your career on course by joining a globally recognized industry leader.</li></ul>APPLY HERE: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://tototheo.bamboohr.com/careers/201?source=aWQ9Ng%3D%3D">https://tototheo.bamboohr.com/careers/201?source=aWQ9Ng%3D%3D</a>&nbsp;
