Pool Attendant – Job Opening Location: Mito-Serbela Hotel Job Type: Full-time &nbsp;Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Towel &amp; Service Provision – Provide clean towels to pool guests and ensure that poolside amenities are fully stocked and available.</li><li>Maintain Pool Area Cleanliness – Keep the pool, lounge chairs, seating areas, and surrounding environment clean and tidy, and promptly dispose of any trash. </li><li>Assist Guests with Requests – Address basic guest needs such as providing drinks, adjusting seating, or assisting with poolside services.</li><li>Monitor Pool Safety – Ensure guests follow pool rules and provide reminders for safe behavior, ensuring a secure swimming environment.</li><li>Provide Excellent Service – Deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient service enhance guests' poolside experience in line with hotel standards.</li><li>Check Equipment &amp; Facilities – Monitor poolside equipment and report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Education – No specific educational requirements, but good communication skills and a strong service orientation are a must. </li><li>Experience – Previous experience in poolside or hospitality service roles is a plus.</li><li>Service Mindset – A strong sense of responsibility, with a keen eye for detail and proactive customer service skills.</li><li>Physical Fitness – Able to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks around the pool area.</li><li>Language Skills – Fluent in English or other languages is a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Free staff 2 meals allowance</li><li>Social insurance, paid leave, and holiday benefits</li><li>Comprehensive training and career growth opportunities</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply: &nbsp;Please send your resume to <a href="mailto:info@mito-invest.com">info@mito-invest.com</a>&nbsp;Join us and provide a memorable poolside experience for our guests!
