The Group Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing corporate strategies and planning initiatives to achieve business growth targets. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader capable of identifying opportunities, driving market expansion, fostering strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance market presence.</li><li>Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.</li><li>Client Visits: Regularly visit potential and new clients to present the group services, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.</li><li>Supplier/Provider Agreements: Identify and approach new suppliers and service providers to establish exclusive agreements that enhance the company’s offerings and competitive edge.</li><li>Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.</li><li>Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet and exceed revenue goals.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide business development teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.</li><li>Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and ensure a competitive advantage.</li><li>Networking: Actively participate in industry events and conferences to build connections and expand the company’s visibility in the ship management sector.</li><li>Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare and present detailed business development reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure cohesive execution.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Gather insights from client visits and supplier engagements to refine business strategies and identify emerging opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Shipping, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or strategy.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.</li></ul>Skills:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required to fulfill role objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul>How to apply:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Candidates are requested to send an email with their CV and a cover letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@tmsgroupeu.com">hr@tmsgroupeu.com</a>.</li></ul>
