Job Description:<ul data-start="808" data-end="1455"><li data-start="808" data-end="907">Process and manage hotel, tour, and transportation reservations accurately and efficiently.</li><li data-start="908" data-end="1026">Communicate with hotels, suppliers, and service providers to confirm reservations and secure the best options.</li><li data-start="1027" data-end="1100">Manage the entire reservations flow from inquiry to confirmation.</li><li data-start="1101" data-end="1215">Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and conduct spot visits when necessary.</li><li data-start="1216" data-end="1306">Provide accurate pricing, availability, and confirmations to clients and partners.</li><li data-start="1307" data-end="1377">Maintain organized records and update reservation systems.</li><li data-start="1378" data-end="1455">Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul data-start="1486" data-end="1793"><li data-start="1486" data-end="1544">Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.</li><li data-start="1545" data-end="1615">Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).</li><li data-start="1616" data-end="1681">Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.</li><li data-start="1682" data-end="1727">Client- and service-oriented mindset.</li><li data-start="1728" data-end="1793">Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Apply Now!
