Key Responsibilities:Reconciliations<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Perform bank reconciliations.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Reconcile accounts payable balances.</li></ul>Accounting<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Record and monitor bank and cash transactions.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Maintain records of administrative, commercial, and production-related expenses.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Record and manage tips.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Account for deferred expenses and provisions.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Account for rental expenses.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Manage fixed assets accounting, including depreciation.</li></ul>Payroll<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Process payroll and Social Insurance contributions.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Prepare personnel reports (e.g., TD7 forms and others).</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Register new employees in the Social Insurance system.</li></ul>Tax Accounting<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Prepare and submit VAT returns.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Calculate SDC tax.</li></ul>Treasury<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Review and approve payment requests.</li></ul>Period Closing<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Allocate overhead expenses across departments.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Close accounting periods (monthly and annually).</li></ul>Other Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Prepare data and documents for audits.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist with opening corporate bank accounts and configuring access rights.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Draft resolutions and powers of attorney.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Request company certificates from the Registrar.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Contribute to the preparation of reports for government authorities (e.g., HE32 forms and others).</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Education: Basic accounting education.&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field&nbsp;will be considered a plus.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Experience:5+ years of accounting experience within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, resorts, etc.)</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Skills:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li style="tab-stops:list 72.0pt;">Strong knowledge of accounting software&nbsp;</li><li style="tab-stops:list 72.0pt;">Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).</li></ul></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Certifications: ACCA or similar certification (preferred but not required).</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
